User Guide: How to Fix iOS/tvOS Issues without Data Loss

First of all, launch TunesKit iOS System Recovery for Windows on your computer. Then connect the iOS device or Apple TV to PC via the USB cable. Wait till it's detected.

Then click "Start" button to move forward. In the next window, choose the "Standard Mode" and "Next". You'll be asked to select the device model you've connected. Then follow the instructions from the interface and put your device into DFU mode. After that, click "Next" button.

Note: If your device is broken and cannot be put into recovery mode/DFU mode manually, you can simply click the "Enter Recovery Mode" or "Exit Recovery Mode" in the main interface of TunesKit to put your iOS device into/out of recovery mode.

Here it will download the firmware package matched to your device. Before that, you are suggested to confirm that the device info is correct, including the model version, iOS version, etc. You can correct it if there's anything wrong. Otherwise, click the "Download" button at the bottom right and it will start downloading and verifying the firmware.

After openning TunesKit iOS System Recovery, plug your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch/Apple TV into the computer using the USB cable. Once it's detected, click the "Start" button and choose the "Advanced Mode". Then put your device into DFU mode by following the instructions in the current window. If it's failed to enter the DFU mode, you can simply click the "Enter Recovery Mode" button from the welcome window to put your device into recovery mode with 1 click.

Now it will begin to download and verify the latest iOS firmware package matched to your device in order to fix the iOS or tvOS issues. Click the "Download" button if there's nothing wrong with the device info. Otherwise, you should correct it manually before starting the downloading process.
